What do we do?

 Changing the Climate L.L.C, is a business designed to help your organization rebuild its culture and strengthen its collaboration with its employees.  Our goal is to reenergize the human experience by reminding employees and managers that the organization do believe they matter while helping them regain confidence and rebuild trust. 

How do we do it?

Assessments:

We begin with a confidential organizational climate assessment. This is a proactive approach to evaluate interpersonal interactions and the workplace dynamics. It will assist with identifying issues that impact the effectiveness of the organization. We will measure the perception of the work environment through the employee.

Changing the Climate collaborates with 
HRTec who produces assessments with quantitative and qualitative data. Together, we will provide you with an in-depth analysis of the information provided by your organization. With that, we will examine the extent in which employees perceive their organization.

Focus Group Discussions:

  • Focus groups discussions are conducted based on the results of the assessment. This will help identify the workplace culture and bring forth any over-arching themes. This is a unique way to discover any hidden issues and address them before they fester and grow. Our focus group discussions will allow your employees to expand on thoughts that coexist and allow us to measure points that don't.

Individual Interviews:

  • We offer individual interviews to uncover if a situation is an individual problem or a departmental issue. It provides a more personal interaction, and it is extreme confidentiality. Some employees prefer to speak freely in a one-on-one setting for various reasons. We will make accommodations for that. We found that during focus group discussions, some people will withdraw from the group and opt for a one-on-one conversation. We will provide that service.

Reports:

  •  At the conclusion of the process, we will compose a report to include all the data we have collected about your organization. This report will show trends, patterns of behaviors, and the shared perceptions of respondents about practices, policies and procedures that are likely to occur in your organization. We will transform the combined data into information that will be meaningful to you. We will make high level recommendations that will assist your organizational growth on various levels to give you a strong competitive advantage in all areas. We will help you change the climate and provide equitable solutions for your company's culture.
