Dashanta Faucette

Dashanta Faucette founded Changing the Climate L.L.C after 25 years of government service in law enforcement. She has worked for the Department of Homeland Security since its inception, traveled to 42 different countries, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Kean College (University) followed by a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Dashanta prides herself in her ability to relate to others through her experience as a Chief Federal Law Enforcement Officer, a Certified Executive Career Coach, a trained Mediator, a Professional Mentor, a government Fact Finder and a Certified 360 Career Coach. With her combination of education and career experience, she is fit to lead the charge in creating a new path for her client's success.


Dashanta's true character lies in her ability to relate and connect with others. She is committed to helping her clients find purpose in what they do in their personal lives as well as their professional careers. She is serious about her duty to create a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, promotes collaboration, flexibility, and fairness. She will work tirelessly to establish new successful norms within her client's organization. She is dedicated and will empower employees to fulfil their highest potential while carrying out their corporate mission.


In 2019, Dashanta began collaborating with HRTec creating and delivering Organizational Climate Assessments to the Department of Homeland Security. HRTec handles complex customer requirements and provides upper-level products that clients deserve. Some of their most notable clients includes:

FedHIVE offers Federal agencies a compliant, scalable, and secure infrastructure capability with which to accelerate their digital transformations. We will provide similar protection for our commercial customers.
